Early Childhood Announcements
Due to popular demand, we will be adding a second Drop-In & Play class on Mondays beginning January 6 from 9-10:30am. You can pre-register on Eleyo to make the payment process quicker, but please note that registering does not guarantee you a spot in the class. Drop-in classes are first-come, first-served until we reach capacity. When the class is full we place a bright pink sign on the Early Childhood doors so you can know before you get out of your car.
The cost is $3/child or $5/family. Multi-visit punch cards are available that provide a free class after a certain number of visits.
We hope to see you soon!
In conjunction with the Centennial Area Chamber's Winterfest celebration, ECFE is offering a special class for children ages 2-8 with an adult. Winter Wonders: A STEAM Adventure will provide the opportunity to explore a variety of winter-themed Science/Technology/Engineering/Arts/Math activities. We hope you'll join us!
Welcome back to our returning and new families! The staff of Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) and Centennial Preschool are eager to meet their new students and get the school year started.
Registration for ECFE classes will remain open until classes are full, even after classes begin the week of September 9. We have some new offerings this year, including a second session of the free Explore With Baby class and the expansion of our Little Nature Explorers classes throughout the year. If you're not able to commit to a weekly class, please consider Drop-In & Play on Fridays from 9-10:30am. For $3/child or $5/family you can enjoy 90 minutes of structured play.
Centennial Preschool classes are mostly full, but we currently have availability at Golden Lake and Rice Lake for full-day classes and at the Early Childhood Center for our 4-day afternoon class.
Registration is via Eleyo, but you're always welcome to contact us at 763-792-6120 or earlychildhood@isd12.org with questions.
